A small pack of 3 GoPro LUTs I use all the time in my GoPro projects
— shared here for free.
Built during a series of night shoots with Antti Ollila in Ruka. We were chasing a cinematic feel in harsh conditions — cold lights, deep shadows, snowy storm. These LUTs lean into a bold stylized look that won’t fit every project, but when it works, it really works.
LUT 01.
NIGHT BLUE
A deep, cool-toned grade with strong blue shadows and crisp contrast. Very cinematic. Represent the coldness and harshness of the mountains.
Based on a very dark and moody original shot.
This LUT includes 2 variations.
NIGHT FIRE
A warmer, more artistic variation with orange highlights and a softer, glowing feel. Still stylized, but more subtle.
This LUT also include a “HEAVY” version, which adds more orange in the highlight and more red in the shadows.

Go-To LUT
This is my everyday base grade. I use it on 90% of my GoPro edits (I’m a GoPro Editor). It's clean and natural, but it gives your footage that little extra something. It’s meant to save time, not take over your image.
It is based on the Million Dollar Challenge grading.
Works best for sunny stuff, not only skiing.
Disclaimer:
These LUTs are not a one-click magic fix — there’s always some work involved to get the best results. They’re the same LUTs I used in my own films with Antti, designed to help me get the look I wanted without spending hours tweaking in post. That said, they’re not universal presets. These Night LUTs were specifically created with GP-LOG in mind while filming Night skiing, so they’re quite tailored. They also work with Flat and Natural color profiles, though you’ll get better results by reducing the LUT intensity accordingly.
That being said, my Go-To LUT is meant to apply on GoPro Color/Natural footage for sunny day type of stuff.
